Apparently at home, in Jamaica and appropriately both touring the world and spending a lot of time with God. The former secular sensation turned Psalmist powerhouse lives in Jamaica, but according to Chevelle, “doors kept opening up all over the world”. This was enough for her to stay moderately busy yet still active in the studio. “God opened doors in Nigeria, Ghana and Zimbabwe, I mean all over Africa, and the world by extension – London, The Middle East, The States and Europe, so I figured people were wondering if I migrated or something. God was doing His thing, I kept receiving new music but the season was not yet fulfilled for music to be released”. Set Time Her new album, Set Time chronicles the journey thus far. “I could not rush, I had to learn patience and trust the process”. Chevelle Franklyn releases first track “No Foreign God” ahead of 2017 Album launch.

Isabella releases the much anticipated Audio & Lyrics Video for HALLEL
Hallel, which means PRAISE in Hebrew, is the first single to be released off Isabella's eight album, A New Beginning. Joel “Positive” Murray from Trinidad & Tobago emerged the top winner at this year’s Caribbean Gospel Music Marlin Awards held on recently at the Myles E. Munroe Diplomat Centre in Nassau, Bahamas. Positive became the first ever artist in Marlin Awards history to win eight (8) individual awards in one night.
The prestigious Caribbean Gospel Music Marlin Awards, considered one of the longest running Caribbean Gospel events in the region celebrated its 20th Anniversary during Marlin Awards Weekend in February 2017. The awards were launched on March 16th 1996 by media executive and radio personality Kevin “Minister K” Harris and now distributes awards in over forty (40) categories.
It debuts at No. 28 on this week’s Billboard Gospel Airplay chart and at No. 29 on the Mediabase Gospel Airplay chart. It anchors Gardner’s forthcoming live album “Greater” (Flow Masters /Tyscot), which is scheduled to release globally on April 21st.
